Mike visits the 2014 NEC Classic Car show at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham
The pictures are just a small flavour of this impressive show, the event spans some 11 huge halls of the NEC complex.
All aspects of Owning restoring classic cars, including workshops, interviews are covered, even an Auto jumble is featured to help you find rare parts for your own restoration project.
Many car clubs are in attendance and there stands show off fine examples of the Marks,including rare examples such as the Broadspeed Ford Capri 3000 GXL Turbo Bullit, and the South African Perana Capri 5 Litre. I was fascinated by the Jet Peel Trident…are rare interesting car indeed. During his visit Mike was privileged to meet up with Ull Ehret who paints Motor Sport in water colours, a fantastic real life movement of the cars and atmosphere is captured, his fantastic talent is enhanced by his enthusiasum of motor sport.
